With the release of the MacBookAir equipped with M3 chips in the first quarter, Apple has relatively strong signs of recovery, achieving 29% year-on-year growth, shipments of 4.4 million units, and market share of 10%; Acer shipped 3.1 million units, more than 3 million units of Asus, ranked fifth, an increase of 5%, the corresponding market share of 7%, which may indicate that this year's Chromebook demand is expected to rebound trend.

Recently, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) lowered its semiconductor growth outlook for 2024 from 20% growth to 10%, which will undoubtedly hit the sentiment of PCODM and OEM manufacturers. However, there are still many exciting places in the PC market in 2024, such as the release of the next generation of AI PCS, coupled with the imminent end of Windows10 support and PC replacement cycle, the market is not lacking in growth points, but the time to start may be slower than expected.
